Returns

All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with product color or size.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

  • A continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening.
  • Clear images of the damaged or incorrect product.
  • Your order number.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Be approved by our customer support team before shipping.

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days after inspection of the returned product.

We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the above requirements.
